Suddenly (after 21 months of work) M1 stopped working. After powering ON only the yellow light is on for 15s, then it blinks and then goes back to yellow again and freezes on yellow. We cannot connect to it with M1 studio (see screenshot below).
However, I have tested “Stop panic button” and it is working properly.
I have also double-checked all LAN network connections and everything is good. UPDATE: Sometimes it boots correctly, it jumps to green LED blinking and it is possible to work with it for about a few min. After that, it just freezes. M1 Studio robot status is Unavailable. It is impossible to turn it off with the button. We are forced to power it off.
I have already written to support@dobot.cc but no response in 2 weeks!!
