Air Pump Cannot Work

When I turn on and off the pump, it doesn’t work and I hear a click sound from the pump box. When I open the box and check it out, I found 5 led lights turned off and led light P7 & P8 turned for a second. What’s going on?

I’m trying to use the gripper but the gripper doesn’t open and close as expected

When you use the suction cup, does it have enough power to lift a phone? If not please check the pump screw see if they got loose or not:
Due to seal screws of air pump loosening resulting in air leakage, thus causing the suction is too small. Please check and lock this.

This part of the pump cavity is not used to seal the software pad, as long as there is a little loose, leading to suction is too small, as shown below.

Try lock this again, if still cannot be solved, will arrange a new one to you.
